Mark Wilson                                            


Mark Wilson is a full time real estate broker, and short sale negotiator.  He is also a Florida licensed mortgage broker and Ohio licensed Attorney and CPA with his MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.  Mark's broad training, combined with his decades of real estate experience, give him an ability to see a breadth of options few other people can see.

Mark's experience is centered in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota and Polk Counties, but any real estate in Florida is governed by essentially the same laws. Mark specializes in creating solutions for real estate situations that benefit all parties.

Mark is married for 38 years with three grown sons. His father served in the Army during WW II, Mark served in the Army during Viet Nam, one of his sons  served  three tours in Bagdad as an Army sergeant, and his yougest son is starting a 6 month tour in Bagdad as an Air Force officer. Mark has lived in Pinellas County for the last 15 years.
